• Event : XTC-10 Shelf-5 Replacement

• Schedule : May 09, 2023 (Tuesday) | 3:00 PM – May 10, 2023 (Wednesday) | 6:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : The third-party provider from our internet service provider will be performing an XTC-10 Shelf-5 replacement in Zafarana cable landing station to eradicate PIN bend issue on slot 5-B-2. During the maintenance window, there will be a fifteen (15) hours downtime on the affected circuit however due to our network setup the traffic will be automatically failover to the VPN connection which resulting to a latency increase on NCP VPC’s connection.

• Service Impact : Total Outage on NCP IPLC Connectivity

• Event : Domain Controller Primary Storage Upgrade - OTRS

• Schedule : April 29, 2023 (Saturday) | 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : A Primary Storage upgrade on one of our Domain Controllers is scheduled on the 29th of April, Saturday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM (PHT).

• Service Impact : During the window time, 30 minutes to 1 hour intermittent connectivity to our OTRS authentication is expected to be impacting IT users.

• Status: Completed

• Event : Cable Works

• Schedule : April 28, 2023 (Friday) | 4:00 AM to 12 NN (PHT) - Complete

• Our internet service provider has been successfully completed this maintenance activity.

• Service Impact : Total Outage on NCP IPLC Connectivity

• Event : Cable Works

• Schedule : April 28, 2023 (Friday) | 4:00 AM to 12 NN (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our service provider will perform necessary cables works due to Network Growth. During the window time, eight (8) hours of downtime on the affected circuit is expected since the link will be down and alternate path will also be impacted by the current cable fault. However, due to our way the network is setup all traffic will be automatically failover to VPN connection resulting to increase latency in NCP VPC’s.

• Service Impact : Total Outage on NCP IPLC Connectivity

• Event : Partial Network Outage - (SFS)

• Schedule : April 27, 2023 - Ongoing

• Activity Details :

We are currently experiencing partial network issues that may limit network and internet connectivity in SFS. We are investigating to determine the root cause of the problem.

Affected clients have been migrated to our secondary line to avoid further impact. We are currently monitoring the stability of both circuits onsite.

• Event : Partial Network Outage - Secure Parking (SFS)

• Schedule : April 26, 2023 - Ongoing

• Activity Details :

We are currently experiencing partial network issues that may limit network and internet connectivity in Secure Parking. We are investigating to determine the root cause of the problem.

Affected clients have been migrated to our secondary line to avoid further impact. We are currently monitoring the stability of both circuits onsite.

• Status: 4 days up and running.

• Event : Unplanned Power Interruption

• Date: April 25, 2022 (Tuesday) | 2:01 PM –5:51 PM (PH Time) - Restored

• Activity Details : Apologies for the late update. We received a confirmation that the power has been back to main power at our NTB Site. We are still coordinatination with our facilities and building admin the root cause of the unplanned power interruption.

Currently, the building power is running on genset and is expecting minimal to no impact on the power interruption.

• Service Impact : Building main power is down, gensets running for backup power on site. No impact as of the moment.

• Activity Details : We are currently experiencing power fluctuations at our NTB site, and our Facilities Admin is currently coordinating with the Building Admin to know the details of the power interruption.

Currently, the building power is running on genset and is expecting minimal to no impact on the power interruption.

• Service Impact : Building main power is down, gensets running for backup power on site. No impact as of the moment.

We have observed that the IPLC is currently down, we are coordinating with our ISP to check the issue. Will provide updates accordingly.

• Event : Chassis Replacement

• Activity Details : We just received an update from our service provider that this maintenance activity has been rescheduled from April 12 to April 19, 2023

• Service Impact : Latency Increase and Loss of Protection on NCP IPLC Connectivity

• Event : Chassis Replacement

• Schedule : April 12, 2023 (Wednesday) | 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our internet service provider will be performing an emergency chassis replacement due to power drop and signal degradation. During the maintenance window, there will be a latency increase of 50ms switch hits plus loss of protection.
