During the maintenance window, users onsite may experience slightly increased latency on their network tools and connectivity to the internet.

• Activity Details : We have monitored that our client IPLC was down at 5:53 AM. We have already coordinated with our internet service provider and are waiting for their response. During the incident, the traffic automatically failover to the VPN connection, resulting in an increase in latency with the client VPCs.

• Activity Details : We have monitored some network performance issues at our PNB office in Makati going to one of our Data Centers. The expected impact of these issues are some slowness and possible disconnections to tools and websites being accessed. The impact is isolated to a few clients and those that are affected will be re-routed to a better and more stable route to our Data Center.
