• Activity Details : One of our Internet Service Providers will be conducting a maintenance activity due to their FOC (fiber optic cable) being affected by the ongoing DPWH (Department of Public Works and Highways) project.

To secure their FOC, their technical team will need to cutover/transfer the temporary aerial FOC to avoid unwanted FOC cut.

During the maintenance window, users onsite may experience an hour (1) of downtime on the provided schedules.

[June 4, 2023 | 6:08PM] • Event : Third-party Network Provider Outage • Details : One of our links going to our Datacenter is experiencing an outage. No impact is expected as another uplink is operational. • Service Impact : Partial Outage to internet and network connectivity.

[June 4, 2023 | 10:18PM] • Details : Our provider has observed that their access switch is inaccessible, and they have also requested their team to proceed and verify onsite after confirming with their third party that the circuit was monitored down on their end. They have given an ETA of 11 p.m. today. • Service Impact : Partial Outage to internet and network connectivity.

• Status: Restored by provider

• Event : Third-party Network Provider Uplink Outage - Multiple Sites

• Service Impact : Minimal to no impact on network connectivity.

• Status: Under investigation with service provider.

• Update: Resolved, waiting for updates from carrier.
