• Event : Infrastructure Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan at JMT Site - Ortigas

• Activity Details : As part of our ongoing effort to provide service reliability, we filed a change request to conduct BCP network failover testing on our JMT site.

• Service Impact : Intermittent LAN and Wireless Connectivity

• Event : Planned Internet Service Provider Network Maintenance

• Schedule : June 24, 2023 (Friday) | 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

• Activity Details : One of our service provider will be upgrading the firmware of one of their device to increase service availability and quality.

During the maintenance window, there will be a maximum of one (1) hour of service interruption on the affected internet circuit however due to our way network is setup users onsite may experience a partial impact on internet and network connectivity as we have another internet circuit uplink available that serves as a backup.

• Activity Details : One of our service providers will be upgrading the firmware on one of their network devices. This activity will have an impact on SFS client secondary circuit (DIA).

• Service Impact : SFS client Direct Internet Access (DIA) Interruption

• Event : Submarine Repair Works

• Schedule : June 15, 2023 - June 23, 2023 | 8:01 AM – 8:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our Internet Service Providers will be conducting an emergency maintenance to repair submarine cables on the 15th of June 2023 until the 23rd of June 2023.

• Service Impact : Partial Impact on Internet Connectivity Throughout the Repair Period

• Status: ISP did not proceed with the maintenance

• Event : Barbacan FOC Bridge Cutover

• Schedule : June 12, 2023 | 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our Internet Service Providers will be conducting a maintenance activity due to their FOC (fiber optic cable) being affected by the ongoing DPWH (Department of Public Works and Highways) project.
