Hi Team,

Our systems engineering and administration team will be installing a New Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to replace the old UPS to avoid and mitigate the risk of power issues on our networking devices.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions may occur as we replace the UPS units one at a time to minimize interruption and to ensure network and internet availability. Please note that users connected via Wired/LAN may experience temporary disruptions.

As a temporary alternative, we recommend connecting to #EmaptaExperience Wireless SSID to maintain internet access during the said activity.

To resolve this matter promptly, they will be conducting an onsite inspection. Rest assured, our team is closely monitoring the situation, and we will keep you informed of any developments.
