• Activity Details : One of our internet service providers will be performing a shelf replacement maintenance to clear the power failure alarms and subsequent alarms in Marseilles, France.

• Service Impact : Latency Increase on IPLC Connectivity

• Event : Network Provider Maintenance | Reboot of Network Devices

• Schedule : August 20, 2023 (Sunday) | 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : Our Internet service provider informed us that they will conduct a maintenance on August 20, 2023. Their Engineers will be applying a configuration flag that requires a reboot of their devices.

• Service Impact : Maximum of 2 minutes downtime on IPLC and DIA Circuit

• Event : Partial Network Outage – IPLC (SFS)

• Schedule : August 14, 2023

• Activity Details : We have detected a network outage in your IPLC Circuit. This has been escalated to our provider for further investigation. As confirmed, your secondary circuit (DIA) is still operational; thus, a partial to no impact is expected since the secondary circuit is still operational.

Network Switch and Access Point Firmware Upgrade

• Activity Details : We have successfully completed this maintenance activity except for our SFS site as it will be postponed due to time constraints in line with this, we will file another notification advisory for the new schedule for SFS site.

Network Switch and Access Point Firmware Upgrade

• Schedule : August 12, 2023 (Saturday) | 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN (PHT)

• Activity Details : Please be advised that we will be conducting a firmware upgrade on the wireless devices and network switches at those sites mentioned above. The primary objective of this upgrade is to address a security vulnerability affecting our wireless devices and network switches. This firmware upgrade is essential to enhance the overall security and performance of our system.

• Service Impact : Intermittency on the network and internet connectivity at BET,JKB,PNB,SFS and TIP Site

• Schedule : August 10, 2023 (Thursday) | 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our internet service providers will be migrating their Automated Route Optimization Platform to another hypervisor to carry out hardware maintenance of the current hypervisor, which may temporarily affect the latency to certain destinations
