• Activity Details : One of our Internet Service Providers will be conducting a network maintenance on September 16, 2023 (Saturday) 10:00 PM to September 17, 2023 (Sunday) 4:00 AM (PHT).

They will be upgrading the PDU and replacing power cables during the timeframe provided.

• Event : Third-party Network Provider Maintenance | Reroute Optical Cable

• Schedule : September 5, 2023 (Tuesday) | 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : The third-party provider from our internet service provider will perform a corrective maintenance and reroute an optical cable.

• Service Impact : Latency Increase on IPLC Connectivity

• Event : Internet Service Provider Maintenance | DNS Server Migration

• Schedule : September 2, 2023 (Saturday) | 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our internet service providers will be migrating their DNS server during the timeframe provided.

• Service Impact : No Impact

• Event : Power Interruption at Neutrinos Building (NTB)

• Schedule : August 31, 2023 (Thursday) | 6:00 AM – 9:15 AM - Restored

• Activity Details : We just received a confirmation from our NTB Site that the power has been back to normal power line. The said power interruption is due to the activity done by BENECO for replacing of flashover insulators on the affected areas. Per checking network devices and internet connectivity is operational as usual.

• Event : Power Interruption at Neutrinos Building (NTB)

• Schedule : August 31, 2023 (Thursday) | 6:00 AM – On-going (PH Time)

• Activity Details : We are currently experiencing power interruption at our NTB site, and our Facilities Admin is currently coordinating with the Building Admin to know the details of this incident, including estimated time of restoration of power.

• Service Impact : Partial Impact on Building Power Supply

• Event : Transformer Upgrade from BENECO

• Unscheduled : August 24, 2023 (Thursday) | 9:30 AM (PHT) - Ongoing

• Activity Details : We have just been informed that there’s a power interruption at NTB site due to transformer upgrade activity from BENECO. As confirmed, the site electricity is currently running on genset and our network devices are still UP and working as expected as they connected to our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).We are now in coordination with our facilities admin at NTB for any further updates.
