• Event : Annual Preventive Power Maintenance at JAKA Site (JKB)

• Schedule : November 26, 2023 (Sunday) - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Activity Details :

Our facilities and building administration will be conducting their Annual Preventive Maintenance at our JAKA site (JKB) on the 26th of November 2023 from 8 AM to 5 PM.

During the maintenance, there will be a shutdown of the entire property’s electrical system to facilitate the scheduled preventive maintenance activities. To ensure uninterrupted power supply during the maintenance hours, the Building Administration have arranged a Mobile Genset to make sure power is still running during the event.

The mobile genset will be shut down from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM to allow the seamless transition back to normal electrical system operations.

• Event : Network Provider Maintenance | Fiber Works

• Schedule : November 23, 2023 (Thursday) 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our ISP’s third-party provider will perform fiber works on our suppliers network.

• Service Impact : Latency increase and loss of protection in IPLC Connectivity

• Status : Completed

• Schedule : November 22, 2023 (Wednesday) 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (PH Time) - Completed

• Activity Details : We have received a confirmation from our service provider that this maintenance activity has been successfully completed.

• Event : Planned | IPLC Connectivity Maintenance

• Schedule : November 22, 2023 (Wednesday) 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (PH Time)

• Activity Details : One of our ISP’s third-party provider will perform essential maintenance for Final fix after an incident encountered recently.

• Service Impact : IPLC Connectivity

• Event : Planned IT Infrastructure Maintenance

• Schedule : November 19, 2023 (Sunday) | 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN (PHT)

• Activity Details : As part of our continued efforts to increase and provide service reliability, we filed a change request to conduct a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for network failover testing on NTB Site. During the maintenance activity there will be a series of network and internet intermittency on both LAN/wired and wireless.
