• Event : TIP Office Circuit Migration to New Data Center Devices

• Schedule : November 26, 2023 (Sunday) | 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : Hi Team, As part of our continued effort to improve our network services we will be migrating the TIP circuit to a new Data Center device. During the maintenance activity, intermittent network and internet connectivity is expected.

• Service Impact : Intermittent Network and Internet Connectivity on LAN/Wired and Wireless

• Event : Infrastructure Maintenance

• Schedule : November 24, 2023 | 3:30PM – 5:00PM

• Activity Details : There will be a planned infrastructure maintenance activity scheduled for November 24, 2023 starting at 3:30PM until 5:00PM where our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units on the 4th and 5th floors will have their batteries replaced. The activity is not expected to last the 1 hour and 30 minutes allocated to it, but users and workstations onsite may be disconnected from the network and internet for 15-20 minutes.

The activity will be divided into phases: Phase 1 – Two (2) 4th floor UPS will have its batteries replaced. This will be done sequentially ensuring minimal downtime. Only once this is completed will phase 2 start.

Phase 2 – One (1) 5th floor UPS will have its battery replaced.

• Service Impact : Network and Connectivity Downtime at PNB 4th and 5th Floor Office

• Event : Infrastructure Maintenance

• Schedule : November 23, 2023 (Thursday) | 4:00PM – 5:00PM

• Activity Details : There will be a planned infrastructure maintenance activity scheduled for today, November 23, 2023 starting at 4:00PM until 5:00PM where one of our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units will have its battery replaced. The activity is not expected to last the 1 hour allocated to it, but users and workstations onsite may be disconnected from the network and internet for 15-20 minutes.

• Service Impact : Network and Connectivity Downtime at OSB Office

• Event : Network Outage| GDB Site

• Schedule : November 22, 2023 (Wednesday) | 2:38 PM- On-going (PHT)

• Activity Details : We have monitored an unplanned network outage at our GDB site earlier today at 2:39 PM (PHT) resulting in total loss of internet and network connectivity for onsite users.

• Service Impact : Loss of internet and network connectivity onsite.

• Event : Planned IT Infrastructure Maintenance

• Schedule : November 19, 2023 (Sunday) | 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN (PHT)

• Activity Details : As part of our continued efforts to increase and provide service reliability, we filed a change request to conduct a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for network failover testing on NTB Site. During the maintenance activity there will be a series of network and internet intermittency on both LAN/wired and wireless.

• Schedule : November 17, 2023 (Friday) | 11:40 PM-12:15 AM PHT

• Activity Details : We have observed that the circuit has been operational and stable for nearly two hours. We will continue to monitor the circuit stability.
