• Event : Annual Preventive Maintenance

• Schedule : March 27, 2024 (Wednesday) | 11:00 PM to March 30, 2024 (Saturday) | 8:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : Our facilities and building administration will be conducting their annual preventive maintenance. The transformers together with the switch gears and other electrical accessories will be inspected and recalibrated, if necessary, by their third-party contractor.

Here’s the break down of the activity that will incur a total electrical shutdown of the building as the generators set will NOT activity/available. March 27, 2024 – 11:00 PM until March 28, 2024 – 8:00 AM : The affected floors are Basement 3rd to 4th Floor. Elevators 1 and 2 at the lobby near the flower shop will not be operational during this period. March 29, 2024 – 11:00 PM until March 30, 2024 – 8:00 AM : The affected floors are 5th and 7th Floor. Elevators 1 to 4 in the lobby near the overpass will not be operational during this period.

• Event : Internet Service Provider Network Maintenance

• Schedule : March 17, 2024 (Sunday) | 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our service providers will be replacing their UPS that is soon-to-fail and they are looking to get this replaced before the St. Francis Square building electrical maintenance scheduled for March 27 and 28 to avoid total failure of the UPS and to our internet circuit. They will be also conducting a joint network connectivity testing with their third-party provider to fix the ongoing issue on one of our internet circuits at SFS. During their maintenance activity, from minimal to no impact on internet and network connectivity is expected as we have another uplink internet circuit available that serves as a backup.

• Event : Power Service Interruption

• Schedule : March 16, 2024 (Saturday) | 8:00 PM to March 17, 2024 (Sunday) | 6:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : Our facilities and building administration will be installing a sub-meter accessory, tapping of sub-metering control wires including testing and commissioning at PNB Basement Floor Area A. During their activity, a power interruption at the said basement is expected that will start by 10:00 PM as confirm by our FA/BA.

• Event : Internet Connectivity Issues • Schedule : 07:49 AM – 9:05 AM - For Monitoring • Activity Details : slowness in accessing certain websites

• Event : Network and Internet Connectivity Issues

• Schedule : March 12, 2024 (Tuesday) | 8:37 PM - 10:15 PM (PHT) - Restored and for stability monitoring

• Activity Details : We have observed that the affected several circuits are now optimal and restored but still under stability monitoring.

We will be requesting for an RCA / IR to our service provider and will provide once become available.

• Activity Details : We are observing an abnormal connectivity on our several circuit sites resulting to disconnections and slow connectivity.

We already coordinated this to our service provider for their further checking.
