Our service provider will be upgrading the software version on one of their Hongkong router to improve stability and reliability.

During the maintenance, the affected internet circuit will be unavailable however due to our way the network is setup, a partial impact on network and internet connectivity is expected as we have another available internet uplink that serve as a backup.

Apologies for any inconvenience it might have caused.

• Activity Details : Our service provider will be performing an essential maintenance for preparing a subsea cable repair.

• Service Impact : Outage on IPLC Connectivity

• Event : Internet Service Provider Interruption

• Unscheduled : May 10, 2024 (Friday) | 6:03 PM - 6:10 PM

• Activity Details : We have observed that one of our direct internet access is down and we are already coordinating this with our service provider for further checking and investigation.

During the incident, a partial impact on network and internet connectivity is expected as we have another available internet uplink that serves as a backup.
