• Activity Details : As part of enhancing our service availability and reliability our team will be having a network maintenance at the 7th Floor of TIP Site.

This is a non-service impacting activity as we have another network device that is available for service redundancy.

• Event : Site to Datacenter connectivity maintenance

• Activity Details : Hi Team,

As part of their continued efforts to increase service availability and internet quality, our providers will be conducting maintenance to replace fiber cable in PNB building. The activity is scheduled to occur on July 20, 2024 (Saturday) | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (PHT).

During the maintenance, the affected circuit will be unavailable. Due to the configuration of our network, our alternate circuit will be available. We are expecting the activity to last 2 hours during which time all traffic will be traversing our secondary circuit.

• Event :Power Service Interruption at NTB

• Schedule : July 12, 2024 (Friday) | 11:36 AM – 01:17 PM - Restored

• Activity Details : At 1:17 PM yesterday, normal power was restored to the power line. Upon verification, network devices and internet connectivity are functioning normally.

• Service Impact : NTB Building Main Power Supply

• Event :Power Service Interruption at NTB

• Schedule : July 12, 2024 (Friday) | 11:36AM - Ongoing

• Activity Details : We are currently experiencing unscheduled power interruption at the Neutrinos Building Baguio Site.

The building's electricity is currently being provided by a generator set from 11:38 AM. There is no reported impact on the network and internet connectivity due to the availability of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) serving as backup power for our network devices.

We will provide you with further information regarding the power outage as soon as it becomes available.

• Incident Details : Hi Team,

We have observed that one of our Site to Datacenter Circuit connections at our SCT site was restored this morning at 6:59 AM.

Further details and RCA on the incident shall be provided as soon as they are available.

• Update: Uplink is back up, for stability monitoring for now. Uplink provider has confirmed that they have monitored the issue to be on their end.

• Incident Details :

We have observed that one of our Site to Datacenter Circuit is down at our SCT site and have coordinated this with our service provider for further checking.

Due to the way our network is setup, only partial impact on internet and network connectivity is expected as we have another internet circuit uplink available that serve as a backup.

• Update: Uplink is back up, for stability monitoring for now. Uplink provider has confirmed that they have monitored the issue to be on their end.
