10149418 | NTB | Planned | Pilando Center-Baguio Power Maintenance, scheduled 3 years ago

[06/26/2022 | 5:09 PM] • Please be advised that the Power Maintenance activity has been completed. Our office in Emapta Pilando Center, Baguio is now running on its main powerline. Post health checks and connectivity testing has been implemented on our network devices and confirmed that all are up and operational. We still keep on monitoring for any unforeseen issues that may occur.

[06/23/2022 | 3:00 AM] • Please be reminded of the upcoming power maintenance this weekend June 25, 2022 (Saturday) from 10:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and June 26, 2022 (Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The purpose of this maintenance is to install the Automatic Transfer Switch. During the maintenance window mentioned above, a total loss of power supply in the building is expected and we will initiate a graceful shutdown of our networking devices to maintain device configuration integrity. Building Power supply from June 25, 2022, 11:30 PM to June 26, 2022, 6:00 AM will be running through a power generator. and we will power up our networking devices.

[06/18/2022 | 9:58 AM] • Please be advised that there is upcoming power maintenance at our office in Emapta Pilando Center Baguio, the building admin will conduct an Electrical System Shutdown on June 25, 2022 (Saturday) from 10:00 PM to 11:30 PM and June 26, 2022 (Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The purpose of this maintenance is to install the Automatic Transfer Switch. During the maintenance window mentioned above, a total loss of power supply in the building is expected. Building Power supply from June 25, 2022, 11:30 PM to June 26, 2022, 6:00 AM will be running through a power generator.

Please be advised that the Power Maintenance has now commenced. The power shutdown for June 25, 2022, 10:00 PM-11:30 PM has been completed. We have checked the functionality of the devices and have tested them operational. The office is now ready for occupancy.

We will continue to monitor for the whole day to ensure stability. We're requesting an official RFO from our Service Provider and will provide it upon request.

We already raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider for the root cause of the issue. [13/06/2022 | 2:18 PM] • Please be advised that the site’s connectivity has now been restored. Our upstream provider is currently investigating the cause of this issue and will be provided as soon as it is available. [14/06/2022 | 2:32 AM] • Upstream provider IR and has advised that the issue has been resolved upon repatching the LAN cable.
