[07/07/2022 | 9:07 PM] • Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the affected circuit, and has been proven operational. IPLC and VPC latency are within the normal range.

[06/29/2022 | 6:13 AM] • Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance on July 7, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (PHT). Our service provider will perform card replacement on their network device. During the maintenance window, our service provider has advised us of an expected impact of 50ms switch hits and loss of protection within the change window.

The maintenance window will be from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PHT), July 06, 2022. Our service provider will perform essential network upgrades to improve performance and prevent future service interruptions. Our service provider has advised us of a potential increase of latency and loss of protection within the provided window.

[7/1/2022| 8:34 AM] • Here's the latest update from the Third-Party partner of our internet service provider, the Data Center Uplink going to our office in GELDC was affected by a network outage and they are still collecting the details of the issue. [06/29/2022 | 12:22 AM PHT] • Please be advised that the affected uplink was monitored up around 11:20 PM and has been stable for an hour. Will continue to monitor for stability and we have already requested an official Incident Report from our Internet service provider. We will provide it once we received them.

[06/28/2022 | 11:07 PM PHT] • Please be advised that our Internet Service Provider is doing stability testing of the affected Uplink. We will keep you posted on any latest updates once we received them.

[06/28/2022 | 10:30 PM PHT] • Please be advised that one of the Data Center uplinks going to our office in Saint Francis Square Building is currently monitored down again. One of our Data Center uplinks is still active and the impact onsite should be minimal to no impact. We already raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider to further investigate the issue.

[06/28/2022| 4:55 AM PHT] • Please be advised that the power maintenance has been completed already. The building electricity is now running on the main power supply no outstanding alerts has been observed related to the power maintenance.

[06/28/2022| 12:34 AM PHT] • Please be advised that the building power supply is now running on Genset, we will send another update once we confirmed that the building power supply has been switched back to main power.

[06/27/2022| 4:28 PM PHT] • Please be advised that the electric service provider will conduct a power maintenance activity at our office in PNB Building, Makati. The maintenance will start on June 27, 2022 (11:30 PM) to June 28, 2022 (4:30 AM) PHT. The scope of the activity is to do a line rehabilitation within the area to ensure safety and to improve the reliability of their electric system. During the maintenance window mentioned above, the building will run through a power generator.

We will continue to monitor for the whole day to ensure stability. We're requesting an official RFO from our Service Provider and will provide it upon request.
