[7/8/2022 | 4:08 AM] • Please be advised that one of the Data Center uplinks going to our office in Pilando Center, Baguio was monitored down around 4:08 AM. And it was monitored up around 4:18 AM and has been stable for 15 minutes. We will continue to monitor for stability. We also raise the issue to our Internet Service Provider to check the root cause of this downtime.

The maintenance window will be from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (PHT). Our service provider will perform a hardware restart to avoid unplanned and longer outages anytime and advise us of the expected impact of 2 hours of an outage within the change window. Due to the way the network is set up, users will automatically failover to the VPN when the IPLC becomes unavailable.

We're still in coordination with the building admin to know the details of the power outage. Currently, the building supply is running on genset. We will keep you posted on any updates.

[07/04/2022 | 8:23 PM PHT] • Please be advised that the affected uplink was monitored up around 7:18 PM PHT and has been stable for an hour. Will continue to monitor for stability and we have already requested an official Incident Report from our Internet service provider.

[07/04/2022 | 6:39 PM PHT] • Please be advised that one of the Data Center uplinks going to our office in Pilando Center, Baguio is currently monitored down. One of our Data Center uplinks is still active and the impact onsite should be minimal to no impact. We already raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider to further investigate the issue.
