[07/14/2022 | 5:20 PM PHT] • As part of our continuous effort to provide service reliability, we filed a change request to conduct an Infrastructure Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan at IBM Building, Quezon City on July 31, 2022 (Sunday) from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The purpose of the activity is to simulate a BCP failover testing on our site. The whole site will be experiencing intermittent LAN and internet connectivity during the maintenance period.

[14/07/2022 | 6:41 AM] • Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance on July 25, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PHT). Our service provider will perform maintenance with vendor for shelf replacement due to “corrupt data inventory”. • During the maintenance window, our service provider has advised us of an expected impact of 50ms switch hits.

[7/6/2022| 6:21 AM] • Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance on Friday, June 15, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (PHT), July 15, 2022. During the maintenance window, our service provider has advised us of an expected impact of 50ms switch hits Plus Loss of Protection.

[7/15/2022| 11:00 PM] • Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have tested the affected circuit, and has been proven operational.

[12/07/2022 | 6:13 AM] • Please be advised that there is an ongoing power outage at Neutrinos Building that occurred at around 6:03 AM. We're still in coordination with the building admin to know the details of the power outage. Currently, the building supply is running on genset. We will keep you posted on any updates. [12/07/2022 | 10:57 AM] •Please be advised that main power has now been restored at our EMAPTA Baguio office since 10:13 AM today, July 12, 2022. •All network devices are currently operational and reachable. No alerts relating to the power outage has been observed. The power supply for the building has been stable since it was restored but we will continue monitoring throughout the day.

[07/09/2022 | 11:00 PM] Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the affected circuit and has been proven operational. IPLC and VPC latency are within the normal range.

[07/08/2022 | 7:57 AM] •Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance on July 9, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (PHT). Our service provider will perform fiber works to rectify span loss that was detected proactively.

[7/8/2022 | 4:08 AM] • Please be advised that one of the Data Center uplinks going to our office in Pilando Center, Baguio was monitored down around 4:08 AM. And it was monitored up around 4:18 AM and has been stable for 15 minutes. We will continue to monitor for stability. We also raise the issue to our Internet Service Provider to check the root cause of this downtime.

[7/7/2022 | 12:11 AM] • Please be advised that the main power supply at Neutrinos Building is now back on the main power. No outstanding issues have been observed related to the maintenance.

The maintenance window will be from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM (PHT). Our service provider will perform emergency fiber replacement. During the maintenance window, our service provider advised us of the expected impact of 50ms switch hits within the change window.
