[07/14/2022 | 5:20 PM PHT] • As part of our continuous effort to provide service reliability, we filed a change request to conduct an Infrastructure Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan at IBM Building, Quezon City on July 31, 2022 (Sunday) from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The purpose of the activity is to simulate a BCP failover testing on our site. The whole site will be experiencing intermittent LAN and internet connectivity during the maintenance period.

[07/29/2022 | 12:50 AM PHT] • Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the affected circuit, and has been proven operational. IPLC and VPC latency are within the normal range.

[19/07/2022 | 6:27 AM] •Please be advised that there will be a scheduled maintenance on July 28, 2022 – July 29, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM (PHT) •Our service provider will perform essential software upgrade to improve performance and prevent future service interruptions to customer services. •During the maintenance window, our service provider advised us of the expected impact of 50ms switch hits and loss of protection within the change window.

[07/25/2022 | 10:35 PM PHT] • Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the affected circuit, and has been proven operational. IPLC and VPC latency are within the normal range.

[07/20/2022 | 5:22 PM PHT] • Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance on July 25, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PHT). Our service provider will perform essential maintenance on their network. During the maintenance window, our service provider advised us of the expected impact of 50ms switch hits within the change window.

[07/17/2022 | 8:20 PM] • Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance on July 19, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (PHT). Our service provider will perform hardware replacement due to intermittent equipment failure. During the maintenance window, our service provider advised us of the expected impact of 50ms switch hits within the change window.

[07/17/2022| 12:06] •Please be advised that one of the Data Center uplinks going to our office in JMT Building Ortigas was monitored down around 12:06 AM July 16, 2022 and has been monitored up around 12:29 AM July 16, 2022. This was already raised to our Service Provider for further checking the root cause of this downtime. We will continue to monitor this for stability.

[07/15/2022| 2:42 PM] •Please be advised that a power interruption is scheduled for today at 6:00 PM – 6:15 PM for testing of Single-Phase Protection. Building administrator has advised that the impact would be a 4-time power fluctuation (less than 1 minute downtime or power loss).
