• Activity Details:

Hi Team,

As part of on-going efforts to improve service reliability and network availability, one of our service providers will conduct maintenance to install an additional uninterruptible power supply on their network equipment.

During the maintenance window, a maximum of 2 hours interruption on one of our OSB Site to Datacenter Circuit is expected. However, due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only a partial impact on internet and network connectivity as we have automatic failovers in place.

During the failover process, you may experience brief disruptions on any of the following below:

  • Choppy or Dropped VoIP Calls – Poor audio quality, delays, or dropped calls on platforms like Zoom, Teams, or Skype.
  • Delayed Emails & Messages – Slower delivery of emails (Outlook, Gmail) and messages in chat apps like Slack and Teams.
  • Latency Issues – Delays in response times, particularly for real-time applications.
  • Remote Desktop (RDP) Disruptions – Lag, session timeouts, or disconnections when accessing remote systems.

• Event : Power Service Interruption.

• Details: The building main power line is now back on its normal operation as of 6:13 PM (PHT). We are still in coordination with the building admin in NTB site to get the root cause of this power service interruption.

• Service Impact: Partial Impact on Building Power Supply - Recovered.


• Event : Power Service Interruption.

• Unscheduled : December 01, 2022 (Thursday) | 5:01 PM (PHT) - Ongoing.

• Details: There is an ongoing power outage at NTB site and we are still in coordination with the building admin to know the details of the power outage. Currently, the building supply is running on genset.

• Service Impact: Partial Impact on Building Power Supply

• Event: IPLC Connectivity Maintenance

• Schedule: November 30, 2022 (Wednesday) | 12: 00 NN to 4:00 PM (PHT).

• Activity Details: One of our internet service provider will be conducting a card reset or replacement on one of their devices to clear the “ Equipment Failure “ alert.

• Service Impact: During the change window, a latency increased of 50ms switch hits loss of protection is expected
