• Activity Details :Our facilities and admin building will be conducting an electrical system preventive maintenance as part of their annual preventive maintenance activity to ensure that the building electrical systems is in its perfect condition. During the window time, there will be an estimated time of 1 hour preventive maintenance activity per floor and they will prioritize power interruptions per floors where tenants have their respective data center/server room.

• Activity Details : We will be conducting a network activity maintenance to mitigate the network issues at PNB. During the window time, an intermittent on internet and network connectivity is expected.

• Event : ISP Backhaul Failure

• Schedule : March 15, 2023 (Wednesday) | 6:00 PM (PHT) – March 16, 2023 (Thursday) 2:56 PM (PHT) - Restored

• Activity Details : Our ISP has been successfully restored the IPLC outage yesterday at exactly 11:30 AM (PHT) as well as the backhaul at exactly 2:56 PM (PHT). As per monitoring and observation, IPLC has been up and stable and the NCP VPC’s are now at a normal latency range.

As per our ISP they will provide the official RFO by 03/21/2023 and will provide upon your request.

• Service Impact : +50ms latency on NCP VPC and IPLC Outage

• Event : ISP Backhaul Failure

• Schedule : March 15, 2023 (Wednesday) | 6:00 PM (PHT) - Ongoing

• Activity Details : We have monitored that our IPLC is currently monitored down, and we are already doing a necessary follow up to our ISP and waiting for their response for a ETR. During this incident time, the traffic will be automatically failover to the VPN connection resulting in increase of latency with the NCP VPCs.

• Service Impact : +50ms latency on NCP VPC and IPLC Outage

• Status: Ongoing restoration


• Event : ISP Backhaul Failure

• Schedule : March 15, 2023 (Wednesday) | 6:00 PM (PHT) - Ongoing

• Activity Details : Our ISP informed us that they discovered a backhaul failure between Makati and Pasig (Philippines). The protected circuit remains operational, but the longer path will result in a +50 ms latency

• Service Impact : +50ms latency on VPC

• Incident Details : We are currently investigating an issue relating to authentication on our systems. This is affecting EMPOWER logins, EMAPTA VPN, book.emapta.com, etc. and may affect users connecting to wireless network in our sites. We have determined the root cause for this and we are working to resolve this.

• Service Impact : Unable to login using Empowerteams, book.emapta.com, and VPN credentials

• Event : FortiGate Firmware Upgrade - Critical

• Activity Details : A critical security vulnerability was found in the current version of our FortiOS. Our IT Infrastructure team will be conducting an upgrade on our FortiOS to be implemented later this afternoon at 5:00 PM until 5:30 PM (PHT)

• Service Impact : Maximum of 30 minute downtime on our FortiClient VPN Access.
