• Event : BICS 3rd Party Essential Maintenance

• Schedule : May 17, 2023 (Wednesday) | 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our ISP’s supplier(BICS) will be performing essential maintenance in order to relocate fibre because of the construction of the tramway at Rue Salengro, in Marseille.

• Service Impact : Latency Increase on TIM IPLC to UK Connectivity

• Schedule : May 16, 2023 (Tuesday) | 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our ISP’s supplier(BICS) are seeing a high span loss on the link between Paris and Marseille. BICS have isolate the problem between Montpelier and Pichu. Based on out in-service OTDR test BICS have located the issue in Montepelier. The goal of this maintenance is to investigate and solve this high span loss together with the fiber supplier and the equipment vendor on site in the data center of Montpelier.

• Service Impact : Total Outage on NCP IPLC Connectivity

• Event : XTC-10 Shelf-5 Replacement

• Schedule : May 09, 2023 (Tuesday) | 3:00 PM – May 10, 2023 (Wednesday) | 6:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : The third-party provider from our internet service provider will be performing an XTC-10 Shelf-5 replacement in Zafarana cable landing station to eradicate PIN bend issue on slot 5-B-2. During the maintenance window, there will be a fifteen (15) hours downtime on the affected circuit however due to our network setup the traffic will be automatically failover to the VPN connection which resulting to a latency increase on NCP VPC’s connection.

• Service Impact : Total Outage on NCP IPLC Connectivity

• Details : One of our links going to our Datacenter is experiencing an outage. No impact is expected as another uplink is operational.

• Service Impact : Partial Outage to internet and network connectivity.

RFO: Restored underground fiber cut.

• Schedule : April 27, 2023 - Ongoing

• Activity Details :

We are currently experiencing partial network issues that may limit network and internet connectivity in SFS. We are investigating to determine the root cause of the problem.

Affected clients have been migrated to our secondary line to avoid further impact. We are currently monitoring the stability of both circuits onsite.

• Status: 4 days up and running.

• Event : Partial Network Outage - Secure Parking (SFS)

• Schedule : April 26, 2023 - Ongoing

• Activity Details :

We are currently experiencing partial network issues that may limit network and internet connectivity in Secure Parking. We are investigating to determine the root cause of the problem.

Affected clients have been migrated to our secondary line to avoid further impact. We are currently monitoring the stability of both circuits onsite.
