Please be advised that our service provider will perform fiber span loss rectification maintenance on Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM (PHT).

During the maintenance window, a 15-minute service interruption on the IPLC is expected. However, due to the way our network is setup, traffic should be automatically failover to the VPN connection that will result to a latency increase on VPC/RDP’s.

Hi Team,

We would like to inform you that one of our service providers will be performing a software upgrade of their network device to the latest version to enhance network security, performance, and overall system functionality.

During the maintenance window, a maximum of a 2-hour interruption on one of our sites to datacenter circuit is expected. However, due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only a partial impact on internet and network connectivity as we have automatic failovers in place.

During the failover process, you may experience brief disruptions on any of the following below:

Choppy or Dropped VoIP Calls – Poor audio quality, delays, or dropped calls on platforms like Zoom, Teams, or Skype. Delayed Emails & Messages – Slower delivery of emails (Outlook, Gmail) and messages in chat apps like Slack and Teams. Latency Issues – Delays in response times, particularly for real-time applications. Remote Desktop (RDP) Disruptions – Lag, session timeouts, or disconnections when accessing remote systems.

• Schedule : June 27, 2023 (Tuesday) | 12:10 PM – 2:47 PM (PHT) – For further checking

• Activity Details : We have monitored that the affected circuit is UP and Stable for 18 hours now. However, we observed that we are not getting the correct allocated bandwidth speed resulting user’s onsite that utilizing the affected circuit experience slow connectivity on their web-based tool and internet connection. We are now in coordination with our service provider and provided necessary information to them for further isolation of this issue.

• Activity Details : We have monitored that one of our internet circuit uplink is currently down and we are already coordinating this our service provider for further checking.

During the incident time, user’s onsite will experience partial to no impact on internet and network connectivity is expected as we have another available internet circuit uplink that servers as a backup.

• Activity Details : Our provider is currently troubleshooting their problematic circuit, which may cause the circuit intermittently unavailable due to their troubleshooting. This may have a partial impact on internet and network connectivity onsite. We are still working with our provider to determine the ETR of their troubleshooting.

• Status: Currently down, ETP is currently troubleshooting the issue together with their third party

• Activity Details : We have been monitoring the affected circuit, which has remained stable for the past four hours. The bandwidth capacity of the circuit has already been tested and has successfully reached the desired capacity. Nevertheless, we are currently coordinating with our provider to confirm if a permanent fix has been implemented.
