• Activity Details : Our service provider will be going to troubleshoot a fiber pair that producing some “ input signal power low “ alert from their monitoring. During the maintenance activity, an increase latency of 50ms switch plus loss of protection is expected.

• Activity Details : Our service provider will be performing a submarine optical and power reconfiguration on one of their segments. During the maintenance activity, an increase latency of 50ms switch plus loss of protection is expected.

• Event : Hardware Replacement

• Schedule : September 12, 2023 (Tuesday) | 5:00PM to 7:30 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : Our service provider will be doing a proactive hardware replacement on one of their devices to avoid such unplanned longer outage anytime that may cause by their hardware or circuit. During the maintenance activity, an increase latency of 50ms switch hits is expected.

• Schedule : September 5, 2023 (Tuesday) | 11:28 AM – 11:55 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our internet service provider circuit uplink has been monitored down. We are already coordinating this incident with our provider and waiting for their response.

• Service Impact : Partial Impact on Network and Internet Connectivity – PNB, BET, JMT, IBM, NTB

• Status: recovered and for stability monitoring

• Event : Electrical Preventive Maintenance at IBM

• Schedule : September 1-3, 2023 - Ongoing

• Activity Details : Our building administrator in IBM Office will be conducting an Annual Preventive Maintenance and replacement of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). During the maintenance window, a power outage is expected. Due to loss of power onsite, Network Connectivity will be impacted as well.

• Event : Power Interruption at Neutrinos Building (NTB)

• Schedule : August 31, 2023 (Thursday) | 6:00 AM – 9:15 AM - Restored

• Activity Details : We just received a confirmation from our NTB Site that the power has been back to normal power line. The said power interruption is due to the activity done by BENECO for replacing of flashover insulators on the affected areas. Per checking network devices and internet connectivity is operational as usual.

• Event : Power Interruption at Neutrinos Building (NTB)

• Schedule : August 31, 2023 (Thursday) | 6:00 AM – On-going (PH Time)

• Activity Details : We are currently experiencing power interruption at our NTB site, and our Facilities Admin is currently coordinating with the Building Admin to know the details of this incident, including estimated time of restoration of power.
