This activity aims to check the resiliency and protection of the existing OLP (Optical Line Protection) in the San Juan - Ermita segment by conducting a switch-over validation test which will provide you with a more stable link and reliable network connection.

• Service Impact : Slightly increased latency on DIA network and internet connectivity

[September 17, 2023 | 5:27PM ] - For stability monitoring and waiting for confirmation • Event : Third-party Network Provider Circuit Intermittency • Details : We have observed that the affected circuit has been normalized as of 5:27 PM up until now but we are still in constant monitoring for its stability. Inline with this, we have also asked our service provider for a confirmation, if there’s already a permanent fix done or if there’s any action taken from their local loop provider that makes the affected circuit normalized. We will update you accordingly. • Service Impact : Partial Outage to internet and network connectivity - RESTORED

[September 16, 2023 | 8:47PM ] • Event : Third-party Network Provider Circuit Intermittency • Details : We have observed that one of our uplink circuits at our SFS site in Ortigas is currently intermittent. The affected circuit has been reported to our upstream provider for further investigation. • Service Impact : Partial Outage to internet and network connectivity. • Update: We have received an update from our provider indicating that they have identified packet loss on the circuit. They have also reported this incident to their local loop for parallel verification and further checking.
