• Activity Details : One of our service provider will be conducting a migration, upgrade, and replacement of transceiver as part of improving their service availability and internet quality.

During the maintenance activity, a slightly latency increase on network and internet connectivity at sites may observed and experienced which may result to a slow loading of website page, tools etc.

• Event : Third-party Network Provider Maintenance | Cable Repair

• Schedule : October 9, 2023 (Monday) | 12:00 AM to October 12, 2023(Thursday) |8:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our internet service providers third party will be performing a cable repair maintenance on October 9 – 12, 2023.

• Service Impact : Latency Increase on IPLC Connectivity

• Event : Termination of AMR metering to Main Panel at PNB 11th Floor

• Schedule : October 6, 2023 (Friday) 8:00 PM to October 7, 2023 (Saturday) 7:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : Our Building Administrator notified us that EDMI will perform a power maintenance on October 6, 2023 at 8:00 PM to October 7, 2023 7:00 AM.

A total power shutdown is expected only at 11th floor to give way to termination of meter wires to main panels. Our EMAPTA offices at 10F, 06F, 05F, 04F and LGF will be unaffected.

• Event : Network Interruption Affecting Multiple Sites

• Schedule : October 2, 2023 (Monday) | 1:42 PM – 1:48 PM (PHT) – Recovered and for stability monitoring

• Activity Details : We have received an update from our service provider that they observed fluctuations on their end from one of their devices they are currently further investigating the root cause of this. By the way, the affected internet circuits have been monitored stable for five (5) hours and 30 minutes now.

We already reported this to our service provider for their checking and we will update you accordingly.
