Emapta is committed to delivering seamless and reliable IT Service throughout the holidays period, we understand for some of our customers this is the busiest time of the year, and the availability of our infrastructure is paramount. From December 13, 2023, through January 10, 2024, Emapta will be implementing a Restrictive Change Freeze period.

During this Change Freeze period, all changes to our systems and infrastructure will be temporarily restricted. We will only consider implementing essential changes that are necessary to maintain system availability, integrity, security, or legal compliance. This measured approach ensures that your operations remain uninterrupted and secure, allowing you to focus on your core business activities with confidence.

We understand that you may have questions or require further clarification regarding this Change Freeze. Our dedicated IT Change Manager and IT Infrastructure department are here to assist you and address any inquiries you may have. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time.

• Update: We have scheduled a maintenance activity to address and resolve the authentication issues that have been affecting our Empower system. This aimed at improving system’s performance and ensuring smooth operations.

• Update2: Our troubleshooting and maintenance efforts have successfully resolved the authentication issues in our Empower system. Following thorough checks, we can confirm that the Empower authentication is now functioning as expected.

• Activity Details : Our facilities and building administration will be conducting termination works of AMR metering and accessories to existing panels in the 10th (Area A) and 11th (Area B) EE Room. During the maintenance, 11th Floor office will not be affected by the shutdown. However, there will be a complete shutdown on the 10th Floor, and to prevent any disruption to employees, the agreed-upon schedule for the termination works on the 10th floor is set as planned scheduled above.
