Please be advised that our service provider will perform fiber span loss rectification maintenance on Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM (PHT).

During the maintenance window, a 15-minute service interruption on the IPLC is expected. However, due to the way our network is setup, traffic should be automatically failover to the VPN connection that will result to a latency increase on VPC/RDP’s.

Hi Team,

We would like to inform you that one of our service providers will be performing a software upgrade of their network device to the latest version to enhance network security, performance, and overall system functionality.

During the maintenance window, a maximum of a 2-hour interruption on one of our sites to datacenter circuit is expected. However, due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only a partial impact on internet and network connectivity as we have automatic failovers in place.

During the failover process, you may experience brief disruptions on any of the following below:

Choppy or Dropped VoIP Calls – Poor audio quality, delays, or dropped calls on platforms like Zoom, Teams, or Skype. Delayed Emails & Messages – Slower delivery of emails (Outlook, Gmail) and messages in chat apps like Slack and Teams. Latency Issues – Delays in response times, particularly for real-time applications. Remote Desktop (RDP) Disruptions – Lag, session timeouts, or disconnections when accessing remote systems.

• Activity Details : Our facilities and building administration will be conducting their annual preventive maintenance. The transformers together with the switch gears and other electrical accessories will be inspected and recalibrated, if necessary, by their third-party contractor.

Here’s the break down of the activity that will incur a total electrical shutdown of the building as the generators set will NOT activity/available. March 27, 2024 – 11:00 PM until March 28, 2024 – 8:00 AM : The affected floors are Basement 3rd to 4th Floor. Elevators 1 and 2 at the lobby near the flower shop will not be operational during this period. March 29, 2024 – 11:00 PM until March 30, 2024 – 8:00 AM : The affected floors are 5th and 7th Floor. Elevators 1 to 4 in the lobby near the overpass will not be operational during this period.

• Event : Internet Service Provider Network Maintenance

• Activity Details : One of our service providers will be replacing their UPS that is soon-to-fail and they are looking to get this replaced before the St. Francis Square building electrical maintenance scheduled for March 27 and 28 to avoid total failure of the UPS and to our internet circuit. They will be also conducting a joint network connectivity testing with their third-party provider to fix the ongoing issue on one of our internet circuits at SFS. During their maintenance activity, from minimal to no impact on internet and network connectivity is expected as we have another uplink internet circuit available that serves as a backup.

Hi Team,

Our firewall vendor has detected a vulnerability that may allow a remote unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code or commands via specifically crafted HTTP requests.

5 upgrades are to be done to address these vulnerabilities within the proposed schedule, please see time of each upgrade for today below:

1:30 PM – Colombia Site 5:00 PM – TIM Data Center 6:00 PM – ETP Data Center 8:00 PM – Cloud Infrastructure

There will be a minimum of 10 minutes downtime during the upgrade for each firewalls.

Internet connectivity should have minimal impact since we have redundant EVPLs. Services in the Data Centers will be inaccessible during reboot.

For our Colombia site, there will be no internet connectivity during reboot.
