Please be informed that our third-party service provider will be conducting a network maintenance activity on Saturday, 3:00PM – 11:00PM, October 26, 2024.

The planned maintenance activity will focus on integrity testing and troubleshooting of the link from BET site going to our data center.

Due to the link redundancy in place for this site’s network, we only expect partial impact on the internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance and intermittent VOIP calls within a 4–5-minute timeframe while automatic failovers/fallback activate.

Further updates shall be provided as soon as they are available.

Please be informed that one of our Site to Datacenter Circuit currently experiencing an outage and we are currently coordinating with our circuit provider to know more about the situation.

Due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on the internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance and intermittent VOIP calls within a 4–5-minute timeframe while automatic failovers/fallback activate.

Please be informed that the affected circuit was restored at approximately 6:49 PM. We are now closely monitoring the circuit to ensure its continued stability.

• Event : Internet Service Provider Essential Maintenance

• Schedule : October 15, 2024 (Tuesday) | 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : One of our Datacenter Internet Uplink service providers will be performing essential maintenance to migrate circuits to new optimum path to improve reliability and prevent future service interruptions.

Partial to no impact on internet and network connectivity – All Sites

We would like to inform you that the circuit has been successfully restored. Testing has been completed, and we have verified that redundancy is now fully operational.

We will continue to monitor the connection to ensure ongoing stability and will provide updates if needed.
