One of our Data Center provider will conduct their Annual Electrical Preventive Maintenance activity. During this maintenance Jeonsoft Server, Secondary DHCP server, PRTG secondary server, Active Directory Server, File Server, Clearbox Server, Syslog Server, TIM PRTG Probe, VMware vCenter, TIM ESXi Cluster, Tim ISP Probe, Veeam Backup TIM Server will be affected and may not be accessible for a maximum of 10 minutes.

[2/11/2022 | 10:12 PM] • In order to improve our network infrastructure and provide increased reliability at our The Ignacia Place (TIP) office in Quezon City, we have scheduled for our third-party provider to conduct an upgrade on their existing equipment. In line with this, a network interruption is expected for them to perform the necessary activities for their upgrade. The expected impact will be a maximum of 2 hours of downtime within the given timeframe. Users onsite accessing the network and internet during this time will experience no connectivity.

Network and Internet Ticket#10124969 | Network Intermittent - Neutrinus Building to ETP Datacenter DLL

[2/16/2022 | 2:04 PM] • Please be advised that the Neutrinus Building (Baguio) to ETP datacenter connectivity has been restored and monitored stable since yesterday, it has been restored after our ISP provider conducted uplink port refresh and router reload.

[2/16/2022 | 1:00 PM] • Our ISP already acknowledged the issue that we raised and it was already escalated to their technical team. After routing the traffic to our Rise ISP, users have not experience any issue on their connectivity. We will keep you posted for updates.

[2/16/2022 | 11:49 AM] • We are currently seeing intermittent connectivity to one of our DDLs from ETP Data Center to Site (NTB). We have also forwarded the issue to ETP for their checking and we’re waiting for feedback. Our technical team here at EMAPTA already switched the traffic to RISE temporarily. Once the issue is fixed and restored these changes will be reverted to normal.

[2/12/2022 | 2:09 PM] • The maintenance has been completed successfully, we have tested our devices and no alerts have been observed. LAN and internet connectivity are confirmed up and running.

[2/09/2022 | 10:04 PM] • As part of our continuous effort to provide service reliability. We filed a change request to conduct an Infrastructure Risk Analysis and mitigation plan at Asian Star Building on February 12, 2022 (Saturday) from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The purpose of the activity is to simulate a BCP failover testing on our site. The whole site will experience intermittent LAN and internet connectivity during the maintenance period.

Ticket#10123135 | RISE Installation of Fiber Optic Cable in PNB, scheduled 3 years ago

There will be a scheduled maintenance at Philippine National Bank building on February 7, 2022 to February 9, 2022. Rise will be installing Fiber Optic cables for the migration of our circuit at our Philippine National Bank Office for the improvement of service. The activity is estimated to take 3 days. Connectivity will still be available during this time until the actual cutover schedule is finalized.
