[2/27/2022 | 5:53 PM] • Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the functionality of all site devices and has tested operational. Office is now ready for occupancy.

[2/21/2022 | 11:03 PM] • Please be advised that there is upcoming planned maintenance to be conducted at our Jaka Building office in Makati on February 27, 2022, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The purpose of this maintenance is to ensure the efficiency of the circuit breaker and to prevent loose connections that may cause fire and electrocution. During the maintenance, our Jaka office will experience a total power outage due to the replacement and retightening of Circuit Breakers.

[2/25/2022 | 2:08 PM] • Our circuit is already up and monitored stable for 5 hours. We will continue to monitor the circuit within the day and update you on this email once we encounter an issue.

[2/25/2022 | 9:15 AM] • Please be advised that our connectivity from our office at Asian Star Building to one of our Data Centers is currently monitored down. We already reported this to our Data Center for investigation. No impact should be expected because our connectivity to another Data Center is still active.

INFINIVAN Ticket#10125803 | Unplanned Network Outage Telstra BGP Peering

[2/21/2022 | 11:59 PM] • Here is the latest update from Telstra ISP, the flap we monitored was caused by a scheduled firmware upgrade on their device. As per them, maintenance is already completed and no flaps should be expected on our network.

[2/21/2022 | 9:43 PM] • Please be advised that we have monitored an outage around 9:04-9:11PM February 21,2022 on one of our service providers, Telstra. Due to the way our infrastructure is configured, minimal to no disruption has been encountered. Currently, the circuit is up and stable. We have already contacted our provider for their further assistance and to check the circuit.

Ticket#10125171 | Emergency Maintenance Fiber Switch Firmware Upgrade on Philippine National Bank Office 5th Floor, scheduled 3 years ago

[2/17/2022 | 10:34 PM] • Please be advised that we will conduct an emergency maintenance activity on PNB Fiber switch on February 18, 2022, 7:00pm until 8:00pm. We will be upgrading the firmware for the mentioned device to address vulnerability issues on SSH encryption. Downtime is expected on PNB 4th floor and lower ground floor during the reboot. A total of 10 minutes downtime is also expected during the reboot process.

Network and Internet Ticket#10124969 | Network Intermittent - Neutrinus Building to ETP Datacenter DLL

[2/16/2022 | 2:04 PM] • Please be advised that the Neutrinus Building (Baguio) to ETP datacenter connectivity has been restored and monitored stable since yesterday, it has been restored after our ISP provider conducted uplink port refresh and router reload.

[2/16/2022 | 1:00 PM] • Our ISP already acknowledged the issue that we raised and it was already escalated to their technical team. After routing the traffic to our Rise ISP, users have not experience any issue on their connectivity. We will keep you posted for updates.

[2/16/2022 | 11:49 AM] • We are currently seeing intermittent connectivity to one of our DDLs from ETP Data Center to Site (NTB). We have also forwarded the issue to ETP for their checking and we’re waiting for feedback. Our technical team here at EMAPTA already switched the traffic to RISE temporarily. Once the issue is fixed and restored these changes will be reverted to normal.
