[4/16/2022| 8:14 PM] • Please be advised that this activity at St. Francis Square, Ortigas has been completed successfully. All connectivity has been restored and no issues have been observed.

[4/13/2022| 11:18 AM] • Please be advised that we will have a maintenance activity on April 15, 2022, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at St. Francis Square Building. The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade the firmware of all network devices on the mentioned office to a more stable version. While the second maintenance will happen on the same day from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, this is part of our continuous effort to provide service reliability, we have filed a change request to conduct this Infrastructure Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan at St. Francis Square Building. The purpose of the activity is to simulate a BCP failover test on our site. During the given maintenance period, Internet and LAN connectivity on St. Francis Square Building may experience intermittent connection.

[4/14/2022| 7:45 AM] • The affected Data Center Circuit has been monitored up around 7:45 AM today, it is also confirmed by our internet service provider.

[4/13/2022| 9:57 PM] • Please be advised that we have monitored an ongoing network outage on one of our provider's circuits. We have observed this today, April 13, 2022 at 9:34PM and have raised this to our provider. It is expected to have minimal impact to our production, since all traffic will be rerouted on the backup ISP.

[4/19/2022| 8:00 PM] • Please be advised that our affected circuit has been restored. Our affected circuit was seen up at 12:52 PM and monitored stable for an hour. We will continue to monitor the circuit for the whole day to ensure stability and we have already requested for an Reason For Outage (RFO) to service provider and will provide it upon request.

[4/12/2022| 8:00 PM] • Please be advised that fault has been traced within the underground of BDO tower. Eastern team will be sending their field engineer onsite to restore the fiber break.

[4/12/2022| 7:44 PM] • Please be advised that our provider is currently tracing the location of the fault. No estimated time of restoration has been provided at this time. Updates will be provided when we receive them.

[4/12/2022| 4:29 PM] • Please be advised that our Circuit Provider already checked the issue and they are already working with their Fiber Team. Updates will be provided when we receive them.

[4/12/2022| 2:02 PM] • Please be advised of an ongoing network interruption on one of our provider's circuits. We have observed this today, April 12, 2022 at 1:12PM and have raised this to the provider. Due to the way our network is set up, users working onsite and users remoting to their workstations will experience minimal interruption as all traffic will be re-routed to other available uplinks.

[4/10/2022| 10:45 PM] • Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the functionality of all site devices and has tested operational. Office is now ready for occupancy.

[4/7/2022| 3:24 PM] • Please be advised of an upcoming electrical maintenance at BDO Equitable Tower affecting our EMAPTA office. The building’s electrical provider will be shutting down the power for their annual preventive maintenance activity. This will begin on April 8, 2022, Friday and end on April 11, Monday. No backup power will be provided and total power outage is expected.

[4/6/2022| 6:24 PM] • Please be advised that the replacement of faulty UPS has been completed, our network device on EO4 is confirmed up and Local Area Network Connectivity on EO4 has been restored. We will continue to monitor our devices at EO4 for the next hour to ensure stability.

[4/5/2022| 4:30 PM] • Please be advised that we will conduct emergency maintenance for UPS replacement on April 6, 2022 (Wednesday) from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The purpose of this maintenance is to replace the faulty UPS in one of our server racks at The Ignacia Place building 7th Floor. During the maintenance, there will be minimal workstations that will lose Local area network connectivity.

The purpose of this maintenance is to replace the faulty UPS in one of our server racks at The Ignacia Place building 7th Floor EO4. During the maintenance, there will be no Local area network connectivity on EO4.
