[5/18/2022 | 11:26 PM] • This scheduled maintenance has been postponed by the building admin due to adverse weather conditions that may affect the functionality of the transformer to be delivered.

[5/3/2022 | 8:15 AM] • Please be advised that there is upcoming maintenance at our office in PNB the building admin will conduct two separate Electrical System Shutdown on May 21, 2022 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. And May 28, 2022 from 9:00 AM to May 29, 2022, 9:00 PM. During the maintenance window, a total power loss is expected for the whole building and we will initiate a graceful shutdown of our network devices to maintain device integrity.

[5/19/2022 | 6:35 AM] • Please be advised that the activity of the building admin at the basement area in PNB Building in Makati has been confirmed as postponed, due to adverse weather conditions that may affect the functionality of the transformer to be delivered. Our Team will send another notification once we received an advisory from the building admin that the activity has a new schedule.

May 19, 2022 from 9:00 PM to May 21, 2022 9:00 PM - (Delivery and Installation of Service Transformer), May 26, 2022 9:00 PM to May 29, 2022 9:00 PM (Delivery and Installation of Oil Immersed Transformer). The basement will be used by the building admin as a work area for the transformer replacement project.

Please be advised that there is an upcoming maintenance activity on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, to be conducted by one our Internet Service Provider. The maintenance window will be from 6:00AM to 12:00NN (PHT) with an expected impact of possible network flap within the change window.

Our provider will conduct necessary splice works to improve network reliability and prevent future service interruptions.

Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully. We have checked the affected circuit and has been proven operational. IPLC and VPC latency are within the normal range.

[5/10/2022 | 12:09 PM] • Please be advised that there was an unplanned outage observed on our network connectivity to all sites at 11:48 AM today and it was restored around 12:00 NN, today, Currently, we're still investigating the root cause of this issue.

Power Ticket#10140334 | Data Center | Unplanned Power outage (May 3, 2022)

[5/4/2022 | 8:10 PM] • Please be advised that our Data Center has resolved their power issue and are now running on primary power as of 8:00PM, May 4, 2022. None of our network devices or systems located in the Data Center were affected by this incident and no downtime was experienced as well.

[5/3/2022 | 3:01 PM] • Please be advised that there is an ongoing power outage at one of our Data Center as of May 3, 2022 2:31 PM. The Data Center power supply is currently running through genset. Our Data Center is currently investigating the cause of the outage.

[5/3/2022 | 4:56 PM] Please be advised that our datacenter provider is currently conducting restoration works. They advised also that the power outage was caused by a construction incident that affect one of their power poles.

[5/3/2022 | 9:51 PM] Please be advised that our datacenter provider is still conducting restoration works. Datacenter operations and critical components are normal and power supply is currently running through power generator.

[5/4/2022 | 8:00 PM] TIM Carmona Data Center has resolved their power issue and are now running on primary power as of 8:00PM today, May 4, 2022.
