[05/03/2022 | 5:54 PM] • Please be advised that the scheduled maintenance for May 3, 2022, 6:00 PM-10:00 PM (GMT+8) will be rescheduled to a later date May 12, 2022, 6:00PM-10:00 PM (GMT+8). Our provider will be performing necessary and emergency maintenance on May 12, 2022, 6:00 PM-10:00 PM (GMT+8) to conduct traffic re-routing on their network infrastructure. We are expecting a partial impact on our internet connectivity and might experience increased latency during the given maintenance periods. No service interruption is expected during the scheduled activities.

[5/26/2022 | 10:45 AM] • Please be advised that the maintenance has been completed successfully, we have checked the affected circuit and has been proven operational, IPLC and VPC latency are within normal range.

[5/18/2022 | 4:04 PM] • Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance on Thursday, May 26, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, May 26, 2022(PHT). Our Service provider will conduct necessary hardware maintenance for fault fixing. During the maintenance window, Our service provider has advised us on 2 hours downtime on IPLC circuit within the change window. Due to the way the network is setup, traffic should automatically failover to the VPN connection .

[5/22/2022| 8:31 AM] • Please be advised that we will now initiate the Infrastructure Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan at GELDC Pampanga. We will let you know once the activity is done.

[5/17/2022| 4:10 PM] • As part of our continuous effort to provide service reliability. We filed a change request to conduct an Infrastructure Risk Analysis and mitigation plan at GELDC Building Pampanga on May 22, 2022 (Sunday) from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. The whole site will experience intermittent LAN and internet connectivity during the maintenance period.

[May 21, 2022 | 1:40PM (PHT)] • The issue has been identified and mitigated. Network connectivity to the affected sites should have returned.

[May 21, 2022 | 12:18PM (PHT)] • There are ongoing network issues affecting multiple sites that may limit network and internet connectivity at the above-mentioned sites. We are currently investigating and looking for the root cause of the issue.

[May 21, 2022 | 5:48PM (PHT)] • Network and internet connectivity has been restored to the site. We are awaiting the official IR from our service provider for the root cause and resolution of the issue.

[May 21, 2022 | 3:28PM (PHT)] • Our service provider has isolated the issue to a point in their third-party providers' end. This was further raised to their provider for immediate resolution.

[May 21, 2022 | 12:15PM (PHT)] • We have detected an outage at Asian Star Building starting at 12:15PM. This has been raised to our service provider for checking. The service provider has dispatched engineers to check on their end and have alerted their third-party provider as well.

[5/20/2022| 12:53 PM] • Our circuit is monitored up for 1 hour. Both Data Center uplinks are now working in Saint Francis Square. We already requested the RCA from our ISP.

[5/20/2022| 11:00 AM] • Please be advised that one of our Data Center uplinks going to Saint Francis Square is currently monitored down. it has to be minimal to no impact on our operation since there still an available uplink going to our Data Center.

[05/19/2022 | 3:03 PM] • This maintenance has been completed already, affected circuits has been tested and proven operation, IPLC and VPC latency are withing normal range.

[05/17/2022 | 23:21] • Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance on Thursday, May 19, 2022, to be conducted by one of our Internet Service Providers. The maintenance window will be from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, May 19, 2022(PHT). Our Service provider will conduct repair works of fiber and power normalization. During the maintenance window, Our service provider has advised us of a potential increase in latency via their circuit.

[5/18/2022 | 4:55 PM] • Circuit has been observed up and operational. Service provider has assured us this is a permanent fix. Will continue to monitor.

[5/18/2022 | 2:44 PM] • Circuit has now been observed up and operational. Will continue to monitor for stability.

[5/18/2022 | 2:05 PM] • Our Internet Service Provider is still looking for the possible cause of this outage and currently endorse it to their field team to conduct further checking.

[5/18/2022 | 12:28 PM] • Please be advised that the Data Center uplink going to our office in Asian Star Building is currently monitored down. We already raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider for the root cause of the issue.

[5/10/2022| 10:08 PM] • Please be advised that our service provider will be conducting network maintenance on the above-stated schedules at our Baguio (Neutrinus Building), Makati (PNB, BDO and Jaka Buildings) and Ortigas (St. Francis Square) offices. We are expecting little to no impact due to the way our network infrastructure is setup. Network traffic will be re-routed to the next available uplink upon detecting any issues on the affected circuit.
