[May 28, 2022 | 4:08PM] • Our service provider will be performing cable relocation due to road works. The expected impact will be an increase in latency and loss of protection during the maintenance period.

[5/30/2022 | 2:25 PM] • Please be advised that there is an ongoing power outage on Global Eco Link Development Corporation at 2:09 PM today. The Building power supply is currently running through a power generator.

The scheduled maintenance for May 29, 2022 8:00PM at PNB Building (Makati) will be rescheduled to a later date. When a new date for the PNB Building (Makati) maintenance has been identified, a notification advisory will be sent.

Network and Internet Ticket#10144159 | Saint Francis Square | Unplanned One of our Data Center Uplink going to Saint Francis Square is down

May 24, 2022 | 9:39 AM • The uplink going to one of our Data Centers has monitored up at around 9:24 AM, were still chasing our Internet Service Provider for the root cause of the issue. Will provide the reason for the outage once we received them.

May 24, 2022 | 9:13 AM • Our Data Center uplinks going to Saint Francis Square is currently monitored down. One of our Data Center uplinks is still active and the impact onsite should be minimal to no impact. We already raised the issue to our ISP for their investigation and resolution.

[May 21, 2022 | 1:40PM (PHT)] • The issue has been identified and mitigated. Network connectivity to the affected sites should have returned.

[May 21, 2022 | 12:18PM (PHT)] • There are ongoing network issues affecting multiple sites that may limit network and internet connectivity at the above-mentioned sites. We are currently investigating and looking for the root cause of the issue.

Ticket#10143730 | Asian Star Building | Unplanned Network Outage

[May 21, 2022 | 5:48PM (PHT)] • Network and internet connectivity has been restored to the site. We are awaiting the official IR from our service provider for the root cause and resolution of the issue.

[May 21, 2022 | 3:28PM (PHT)] • Our service provider has isolated the issue to a point in their third-party providers' end. This was further raised to their provider for immediate resolution.

[May 21, 2022 | 12:15PM (PHT)] • We have detected an outage at Asian Star Building starting at 12:15PM. This has been raised to our service provider for checking. The service provider has dispatched engineers to check on their end and have alerted their third-party provider as well.
