IPLC and VPC latency are within the normal range. [06/02/2022 | 8:00 AM PHT] • EuNetworks will be performing standard splice works. The maintenance window is scheduled for June 10, 2022, Friday from 4:00 AM (PHT) to June 11, 2022, Saturday at 12:00 AM (PHT). The expected impact is possible flaps during the maintenance window.

[03/06/2022 | 1:53 PM] •Our service provider will perform the activities and some channels will be reconfigured. •During the maintenance window, our service provider has advised us of an expected impact of 50ms switch hits within the change window.

[08/06/2022 | 8:02 PM PHT] • Please be advised that we have detected an outage at Orient Square Building starting at 7:28 PM PHT. This has been raised to our service provider for checking. Will provide updates accordingly. [09/06/2022 | 7:20 AM PHT] • Please be advised that the site's connectivity has been restored. During investigation, root cause of the outage was caused by a hardware failure and was resolved by replacing the affected device on site. • We will continue to monitor the connection to see if any issues would occur.

Network and Internet Ticket# | IPLC | Unplanned IPLC Connectivity Maintenance

[06/07/2022 | 11:58 PM PHT] • Please be advised that we have monitored the IPLC is up around 11:58 PM and has been stable for an hour. IPLC and VPC latency are within the normal range. We have already requested our Internet Service Provider to provide the Reason for the outage, we will provide the RFO once we received them.

[06/07/2022 | 10:00 PM PHT] • Please be advised that we have monitored that IPLC is currently down, we have already reported to Telstra ISP via Telstra App-Connect Portal, and based on their portal that the IPLC circuit is currently affected by ongoing maintenance with ticket ID: PN266733. Due to the way the network is set up, users are currently failover to the VPN.

[6/3/2022 | 10:18 AM] • Please advise that the Forticlient is now up approximately 3 hours. The team validated the initial root cause (Issue between Network and ESXi Cluster) and will provide further findings in the next updates.

[6/3/2022 | 8:55 AM] • Please advise that the Forticlient is now up for about 2 hours. The team continues to monitor and investigate the possible root cause of the issue.

[6/3/2022 | 7:27 AM] • Please advise that the Forticlient is now up around 6:49 AM PHT, we are still currently doing a further investigation until we find the root cause of the issue.

[6/3/2022 | 4:32 AM] • Please be advised that there was an ongoing outage with Forticlient which started at 4:32 AM today, WFH users are currently unable to connect on the VPN. were still further investigating the issue. Will keep you posted on any latest updates.

Power Ticket#10145863 | Neutrinus Building, Baguio| Unplanned Power Outage

[01/06/2022| 10:00 AM] • Power outage currently experienced on site, building is currently running through a power generator. BENECO has an ongoing repair of their transformer that affects the electricity at Emapta Pilando Center Building.

[01/06/2022| 4:10 PM] Please be advised that the main power has been restored at Emapta Pilando Center Baguio around 4:10 PM today, Wednesday, June 1, 2022. All network devices are currently operational. No alerts relating to the power outage have been observed. The power supply for the building has been stable since it was restored.

Network and Internet Ticket#10145519 | Jaka Building, Makati | Unplanned - One of Data Center Uplink going to JKB Building is down

[05/31/2022 | 3:53 PM PHT] • Please be advised that our uplink going to one of our Data Centers was monitored up around 1:25 PM and has been stable for an hour. The affected uplink has been tested and proven operational. Will continue to monitor for the whole day to ensure stability. The root cause is still under investigation.

[05/31/2022 | 9:53 AM PHT] • Please be advised that one of our Data Center Uplinks going to the Jaka Building is currently monitored down. One of our Data Center uplinks is still active and the impact onsite should be minimal to no impact. We already raised the issue to our Internet Service Provider for their investigation and resolution.
