• Event: New Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Installation

Hi Team,

Our systems engineering and administration team will be installing a New Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to replace the old UPS to avoid and mitigate the risk of power issues on our networking devices.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions may occur as we replace the UPS units one at a time to minimize interruption and to ensure network and internet availability. Please note that users connected via Wired/LAN may experience temporary disruptions.

As a temporary alternative, we recommend connecting to #EmaptaExperience Wireless SSID to maintain internet access during the said activity.

• Activity Details : We received an update from our internet service provider that the affected circuit has been restored and normalized now as per their support team they found a burst of traffic on one of their backbone links between Japan and Australia. We are also confirming from our end that the affected tools of our clients have been back to normal latencies. We will be reverting the changes on the connection of the affected clients earlier once we monitored the stability of restoration of the affected circuit. We will update you accordingly.
