Please be informed that one of our Site to Datacenter Circuit is currently experiencing an outage and we are currently coordinating with our circuit provider to know more about the situation.

Due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4-5 minute timeframe while automatic failovers/failback activate.

• Event : Planned Data Center Uplink and VLAN Migration at JMT Building

• Primary Schedule : August 17, 2024 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PHT) • Secondary Schedule: August 18, 2024 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PHT)

• Activity Details : This maintenance focuses on the migration of our Data Center uplinks (EVPLs) and VLANs of our networking devices at JMT.

• Service Impact : We are expecting an impact of intermittent connectivity for 30 minutes within the provided timeframe for users that are on site during the maintenance.

• Event : Unplanned Service Provider Network Interruption at BDO Equitable Tower (BET)

• Incident : August 16, 2024 (Friday) | 6:01 PM – Ongoing

• Activity Details : We have observed that one (1) of our sites to datacenter circuit at BET is currently down and we already coordinated this with our service provider for their checking and investigation.

During the incident, a partial impact on network and internet connectivity on both wired and wireless connection is expected as we have another site to datacenter circuit available for connection redundancy.

• Incident Date/Time : Instance 1: August 14, 2024 - 10:07 PM - 10:11 PM – For monitoring Instance 2: August 14, 2024 - 10:45 PM - 10:55 PM – For monitoring • Activity Details : Hi Team,

We have observed a network interruption at 10:07 PM lasting until 10:11 PM affecting all EMAPTA sites. The IT Infrastructure Team is currently investigating this incident and will update this advisory when a root cause is identified.

Currently, internet and network connectivity has been restored as of 10:12 PM.

We detected another interruption at around 10:45 PM lasting until 10:55 PM. We’re still conducting a thorough investigation into this issue, and it is being addressed with the highest priority.

The affected circuit was already restored at around 03:00 AM and has been monitored stable for 3 hours now.

Additional information and RCA of the incident will be shared as soon as they become available.

• Activity Details : We have observed that one (1) of our sites to datacenter circuit at TIP is currently down and we already coordinated this with our service provider for their checking and investigation.

During the incident, a partial impact on network and internet connectivity on both wired and wireless connection is expected as we have another site to datacenter circuit available for connection redundancy.

• Event : Intermittent Network Disruption Affecting Multiple Sites

Please be informed that there is an ongoing issue with one of our Datacenter uplink connectivity. While the team is currently troubleshooting and fixing the matter, we are making use of our redundant uplinks to mitigate the problem especially with users having call connectivity concerns.

• Update: We have applied a mitigation solution that has resolved the intermittent connectivity issue that multiple users from different sites have been experiencing.

We are still working on the permanent fix for the issue as troubleshooting is still ongoing within the technical team.
