Please be informed that one of our Site to Datacenter Circuit is currently experiencing an outage and we are currently coordinating with our circuit provider to know more about the situation.

Due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4-5 minute timeframe while automatic failovers/failback activate.

• Activity Details : This maintenance focuses on the migration of our Data Center uplinks (EVPLs) and VLANs of our networking devices at JMT.

We have observed a network interruption at 10:07 PM lasting until 10:11 PM affecting all EMAPTA sites. The IT Infrastructure Team is currently investigating this incident and will update this advisory when a root cause is identified.

Please be informed that there is an ongoing issue with one of our Datacenter uplink connectivity. While the team is currently troubleshooting and fixing the matter, we are making use of our redundant uplinks to mitigate the problem especially with users having call connectivity concerns.

• Service Impact : Partial Impact on Internet and Network Connectivity across Multiple Sites

• Update: We have applied a mitigation solution that has resolved the intermittent connectivity issue that multiple users from different sites have been experiencing.

We are still working on the permanent fix for the issue as troubleshooting is still ongoing within the technical team.
