• Activity Details : Hi Team,

Please be informed that one of our Data Center Internet uplink providers will conduct essential maintenance. This activity includes a software upgrade to cater new features and prevent future service interruptions to customer services. During the maintenance window, there will be a number of disruptions to their service, lasting up to 60 minutes. Due to the configuration of our network with backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may result in slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4-5 minute timeframe as automatic failovers and failbacks are activated.

• Event : Planned - Site to Datacenter Network Maintenance at All Sites

• Schedule : December 01, 2024 (Sunday) | 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM (PHT) - Rolled Back

• Activity Details : Our service provider has rolled back this maintenance activity as they observed some of our circuits is still down after their configuration changes, currently they are conducting a full review of the change in their post implementation plan and will determine the next steps.

• Event : Planned - Site to Datacenter Network Maintenance at All Sites

• Schedule : December 01, 2024 (Sunday) | 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM (PHT)

• Activity Details : As part of continued efforts to enhance service availability and internet quality, one of our service providers will be conducting a migration of services to their new platform.

During the maintenance activity, only partial impact on network and internet connectivity on both wired and wireless connection is expected as we have another site to datacenter connectivity available for connection redundancy.

• Incident: November 25, 2024 (Monday) | 5:00 PM - 5:01 PM - Restored

• Activity Details : We have received that NTB site is now on main power line. We are still waiting for our facilities and building administration what has caused the power interruption.

• Event : Unplanned Power Interruption at Neutrinus Building (NTB-Baguio

• Incident: November 25, 2024 (Monday) | 5:00 PM - Ongoing

• Activity Details : We have received a report that our NTB site is currently experienced an unscheduled power interruption , we are still in coordination with our facilities and administration to confirm if the site is running on a genset and check what has caused it.

During the power interruption, our networking devices is still UP and operational as usual as we have an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that can power backup our devices.
