• Event : Planned Power Service Maintenance at Philippine National Bank (PNB-Makati)

• Schedule : December 14, 2024 (Saturday) | 5:30 AM to December 15, 2024 (Sunday) | 7:00 AM - PHT

• Activity Details : Our facilities and building administration will be performing an energization of ring main unit (RMU) switchgear and one (1) unit service transformer as part of their on-going transformer and RMU switchgear installation project. Through this project, we can prevent and stop interruption of business during normal operation, protect huge business loss, and protect our electrical system from overload, short-circuit current fault and ground-fault current.

During the maintenance activity, a 1 to 3 seconds of power fluctuation during the transition from normal to genset power and vice versa is expected.

Prior to start of the activity. The Property Management Office (PMO) will visit all tenants per floor. Feel free to reach out our @SD Facilities and Admin if you have any questions or concern.

• Event : Planned Power Service Maintenance at SM Clark Tech Hub (SCT) - December 07, 2024

• Activity Details : Our facilities and building administration will be conducting their monthly load testing for our generators to ensures the reliability and readiness of our equipment to any power interruptions that will be encountered. See below activity details.

Elevator access will be restricted during the following times: From 1:55 PM to 2:00 PM (switching to emergency power) From 2:55 PM to 3:00 PM (switching back to normal power)

• Activity Details : Hi Team,

Please be informed that one of our Data Center Internet uplink providers will conduct essential maintenance. This activity includes a software upgrade to cater new features and prevent future service interruptions to customer services. During the maintenance window, there will be a number of disruptions to their service, lasting up to 60 minutes. Due to the configuration of our network with backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may result in slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4-5 minute timeframe as automatic failovers and failbacks are activated.

• Service Impact: : Partial Impact on Network and Internet Connectivity for Both Wired and Wireless Connection – All Sites

Hi Team,

We are aware of some network and internet connectivity issues being experienced across Philippines' Emapta sites. Preliminary investigation showed that there is a possible upstream issue on an international circuit that our provider is peered with. We have raised this concern to our provider for their further checking, as well as a temporary solution to avoid the problematic circuit.
