• Activity Details : As part of our endeavor to enhance our service reliability and availability we will be conducting our Annual Business Continuity Plan for Network Failover Testing.

During the maintenance activity there will be a series of network and internet interruptions on both LAN/wired and wireless.

Steps have been taken to ensure that minimal to no users are affected during this activity.

Another advisory will be sent once this maintenance has been completed.

Both SCT and SMT sites internet and network connectivity are monitored up.

SM Megatower redundant circuits have been impacted at the same time, even though we are still coordinating with both vendors, it is apparent that the issue lies in the circuit last mile within the facility that has caused two totally independent circuits to go down simultaneously in which Emapta has no control over.

We are closely working with our vendors to gather more information about the outage

We have observed that both of our site-to-datacenter circuits at SMT and SCT site were monitored down and already reported to our service provider for their investigation.

During the incident, internet is intermittently unreachable.

Please be informed that one of our Site to Datacenter Circuit is currently experiencing an outage and we are currently coordinating with our circuit provider to know more about the situation.

Due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4-5 minute timeframe while automatic failovers/failback activate.

• Activity Details : We have observed that the affected site to datacenter circuit is now UP and restored. NTB Site is now on full connection redundancy.

• Activity Details : We have observed that one of our site to datacenter circuit at NTB is currently down and already coordinated with our service provider for their checking and investigation.

During the incident, only partial impact on network and internet connectivity is expected as we have another site to datacenter connection available for redundancy.

• Incident : February 23, 2025 (Sunday) | 9:30 PM (PHT) - Restored and for stability monitoring

• Activity Details : The affected circuit has been restored and subject for stability monitoring. We are still awaiting from our service provider for the root cause.
