• Activity Details : Dear Team,

One of our Site to Datacenter circuit service provider will be conducting a scheduled network maintenance to perform Service Migration.

During the maintenance, the affected circuit will be unavailable, however due to the configuration of our network having backup circuits, we expect only partial impact on internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance, while remote desktop sessions and VOIP calls may experience intermittent disconnects within a 4-5 minute timeframe while automatic failovers/failback activate.

• Activity Details : Hi Team,

We would like to inform you that one of our Data Center will be conducting its Annual Preventive Maintenance on the following dates:

• September 14, 2024, 08:00 AM to September 15, 2024, 05:05 AM: PDU 14 for Rack L-06 (TIMC-01F-CP-R1) • September 21, 2024, 08:00 AM to September 22, 2024, 05:55 AM: PDU 11 for Rack L-06 (TIMC-01F-CP-R2)

During this maintenance, the affected PDU on the rack will be unavailable. However, due to the NCP network's hardware redundancy configuration, we expect only partial or no impact on services.

• Event : Unplanned Service Provider Network Interruption at The Ignacia Place (TIP)

• Incident: September 14, 2024 (Saturday) | 10:52 AM – 8:36 PM | RESTORED

Hi Team,

One of our Site to Datacenter Circuit in TIP went down but was already restored since 8:36PM. We already coordinated this to our service provider for their further investigation.

Due to our network’s configuration, only a partial impact on internet and network connectivity was expected , as we have another circuit uplink available that serves as a backup.

Additional information and a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the incident will be shared once available.

• Service Impact : Partial impact on network and internet connectivity for both wired and wireless connection - TIP

• Event : Power Service Interruption at NTB

• Incident Date/Time :September 12, 2024 (Thursday) | 9:03 PM

• Activity Details : We are currently experiencing unscheduled power interruption at the Neutrinos Building Baguio Site.

As of 9:03PM, the building’s electricity is being suppled by a generator set. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates, as necessary.

There is no expected impact on the network and internet connectivity due to the availability of generator set and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) serving as backup power for our network devices. However, devices without battery support, such as desktops and other equipment, may experience fluctuations.
