This is to inform you that the emergency fiber optic cable replacement activity by our service provider at one of the uplinks at the SFS site has been completed successfully. The connection was restored at 7:30 PM, and the affected segment has been permanently fixed.

• Activity Details : This is to inform you that there will be an emergency fiber optic cable replacement activity by our service provider at one of the uplinks at SFS site. The subject link is currently up on spare fiber and the affected segment needs to be replaced for permanent fix. Due to the link redundancy in place for this site’s network, we only expect partial impact on the internet and network connectivity. This may manifest as slow application performance and intermittent VOIP calls within a 4–5-minute timeframe while automatic failovers/fallback activate.

• Event : EMERGENCY | Planned Third-Party Service Provider Maintenance at The Ignacia Place (TIP)

• Schedule : September 25, 2024 (Wednesday) 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM (PH Time Zone)

• Activity Details : The third-party vendor on one of our service provider will be having an emergency maintenance at out TIP Site.

During their maintenance activity, a fifteen (15) minute downtime on one of our site to data center circuit is expected within the given timeframe. However, due to our way the network is setup there should only be partial impact on network connectivity as we have another site to data center circuit available for connection redundancy.
